• Responsible for delivering a governed, scalable product master capability across the enterprise. • Leads the end-to-end workstream, from solution design through configuration, data migration, integrations alignment, testing, cutover, and hypercare. • Ensures strong cross-functional alignment with dependent Oracle SCM and ERP areas such as Procurement, Inventory, Manufacturing, Planning, Costing, and Order Management. • Ability to translate complex business requirements into implementable designs. • Drives high-quality outcomes through disciplined documentation, stakeholder management, defect triage, and delivery governance. • Defines standards for flexfields, validations, defaulting rules, and attribute derivation logic. • Owns delivery for the Product Management workstream. • Drives adoption of fit-to-standard and upgrade-safe design.
