• Provide strategic leadership and oversight for the university’s Salesforce product ecosystem across Student Success, Admissions, and Marketing. • Lead and mentor a team of Product Owners, ensuring alignment, accountability, and delivery excellence. • Own and govern the enterprise product roadmap, driving prioritization decisions aligned with institutional goals and strategic initiatives. • Facilitate cross-functional decision-making and resolve competing priorities across departments and stakeholders. • Establish and maintain product governance frameworks, including intake, prioritization, release management, and performance tracking. • Champion organizational change management to ensure successful adoption of new features, enhancements, and process improvements.
