Job Description
Role Description
This is a hands-on execution role — not a management or strategy position. You will own our digital marketing output day-to-day: writing, publishing, optimizing, and engaging. You will learn our voice, our clients, and our industry, and use that knowledge to build our presence on LinkedIn and in search.
You will work closely with our leadership team, who will feed you intel from client conversations. Your job is to turn that raw material into polished content that sounds like us.
What You'll Do

SEO
- Conduct a full SEO audit using Ahrefs and implement on-page optimizations
- Perform ongoing keyword research and monitor rankings
- Identify content gaps and recommend topics based on search demand

Content & Ghostwriting
- Write blog posts, LinkedIn articles, and newsletters in the voice of our leadership team
- Turn client conversations and project outcomes into compelling case studies
- Curate RSS feeds from EHS, manufacturing, and safety industry sources and develop timely, opinionated content based on those topics
- Maintain a consistent editorial calendar across all channels

LinkedIn Management
- Manage our leadership team's LinkedIn presence — posting, commenting, and connecting on their behalf
- Engage daily with content from existing clients and prospects in the EHS and manufacturing space
- Grow our LinkedIn network through targeted, strategic outreach

Collateral & Internal Branding
- Apply our existing brand guidelines to materials provided by our technical team — one pagers, posters, and laminated sheets for client sites
- Coordinate with our onsite admin assistant for printing/lamination and with the EHS team for client delivery
- Keep all materials current and on-brand
Qualifications
- Strong B2B copywriting skills — you write clearly, professionally, and without fluff
- Hands-on SEO experience with Ahrefs or SEMrush (not just conceptual knowledge)
- Proven experience managing Blog Posts and LinkedIn presence or ghostwriting for a B2B executive or company
- Ability to learn a technical industry quickly and write about it credibly
- Experience with content monitoring tools
- Canva or basic design skills to apply brand templates to documents
- Self-directed and organized — you manage your own priorities and deadlines
- Proficient in WordPress or similar CMS
- Excellent written English

- Experience with newsletter platforms (Active Campaign, or similar)
