Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains cancellation, refund eligibility, and charge handling for GoApplyJob paid plans and payment methods.

1. Payment Method Rules

Card subscriptions processed through Stripe may be recurring and can be canceled according to plan terms. Crypto payments are generally one-time and typically irreversible once confirmed on-chain.

2. Cancellation

You may cancel eligible recurring subscriptions through your account workflow. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, cancellation prevents future billing and does not retroactively reverse already billed periods.

3. General Refund Standard

Fees are generally non-refundable except where required by law or where we determine a refund is appropriate due to a verified billing error.

4. Cases That May Qualify for Refund Review

  • Duplicate charges for the same subscription period.
  • Incorrect amount charged due to a technical billing defect.
  • Provider-verified payment processing error.

5. Cases Generally Not Eligible

  • Failure to cancel before renewal date.
  • Partial use of a paid period.
  • Preference-based requests without billing error.
  • Confirmed crypto transactions (except where required by law).

6. Refund Request Window

Submit refund requests within 7 calendar days from the charge date. Requests should include account email, payment method, transaction date, amount, and a brief explanation.

7. Chargebacks

Before filing a chargeback, contact us so we can review and resolve the issue. We reserve the right to suspend or limit accounts associated with abusive or fraudulent chargeback activity.

8. Processing Time

If approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method where possible. Timing depends on your payment provider and financial institution.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may revise this Refund Policy at any time. Updated versions become effective when posted with a revised effective date.
