• Drive new ABL business through strong Centers of Influence including private equity sponsors, investment bankers, attorneys, and accountants. • Develop high-quality prospects and convert opportunities into closed, profitable relationships. • Analyze financial statements, collateral reports, and risk factors to ensure compliance with credit policy and regulatory guidelines. • Partner with internal teams to structure competitive pricing, credit solutions, and return strategies. • Cross-sell treasury management, capital markets, private banking, wealth management, and other non-borrowing services. • Coordinate due diligence from initial screening through legal documentation and loan closing. • Represent the bank in community and industry organizations to build brand presence and referral networks. • Maintain accurate pipeline and activity reporting in Salesforce and other required systems.
