• Build a shared understanding of resource requirements and project timelines for key enterprise programs • Lead the development of resource planning strategies, tools, and processes to align resource allocation with project demands and organizational goals • Implement the new resource management processes and tools and continuously improve them in response to business needs • Identify, escalate and facilitate the resolution of conflicts, bottlenecks or imbalances in resource allocation • Facilitate the development of and maintain accurate resource records and documentation • Monitor resource utilization trends and provide timely feedback to leadership • Champion documentation, standardization, and proliferation of resource management process and best practices • Conduct resource capacity planning to assess and manage resource demands based on project priorities and objectives
