Job Description
• Develop and refine a process to identify prospective school partners
• Own and execute the email marketing strategy
• Write and optimize email content
• Track and report on key campaign metrics
• Run targeted ad campaigns
• Support employer branding efforts
• Manage the B2C marketing budget
• Report on B2C campaign performance
• Collaborate with the Education team
Job Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in a B2B marketing role
- Deep understanding of marketing metrics
- Proven experience with email marketing, lead generation, and CRM tools
- Hands-on experience with social media management and digital ad platforms
- Excellent writing and communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree required
