Job Description

• Execute marketing campaigns in Marketo or HubSpot, including email sends, nurture programs, and audience segmentation • Manage campaign setup, testing, QA, and scheduling for accurate delivery • Maintain data integrity across marketing automation and CRM systems • Support lead management processes in partnership with Revenue Operations • Build and maintain reporting dashboards to track campaign performance • Partner with Demand Generation and Lifecycle Marketing teams for campaign implementation • Identify opportunities to streamline campaign execution processes

Job Requirements

  • 5–7 years of Marketing Operations experience in B2B SaaS companies
  • Stack familiarity: hands-on experience using HubSpot or Marketo, with knowledge of Salesforce, Outreach, LeanData, Chili Piper, RevSure, Asana or Jira
  • Campaign execution expertise: high level of accuracy in QA, testing, scheduling, troubleshooting
  • Data management skills: maintain clean marketing and CRM data
  • Reporting and analytics competency: ability to build dashboards and provide actionable insights
  • Collaboration and communication: work closely with Demand Generation, Lifecycle Marketing, and Revenue Operations teams
