INTERNAL JOB TITLE: Residential Brand Executive
EMPLOYMENT STATUS: Full Time, Exempt
LOCATION (Remote within specific area): Employee's Home Office in the continental United States and within the West Region (WA, OR, ID, MT, WY, NV, UT, CO, NM, AZ, CA, HI, & AK).
HOURS & TIME ZONE: Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm Local Time (Pacific or Mountain time zone)
PAY RANGE: Full compensation range (base and variable) reasonably expected to be $80,200 - $126,600 annually, inclusive of annualized salary, auto allowance, and participation at target levels in the Company's commission program and incentive compensation plan, and dependent upon on experience, education, and location. Base Salary reasonably expected to be $70,000 - $90,000 annually, based on experience, education, and location. The provided auto allowance is equivalent to ten thousand two hundred dollars annually.

ROLE PURPOSE:
The purpose of the Residential Brand Executive role is to lead, guide with expertise, and oversee the strategic brand positioning and sales activities for Stego’s Residential product lines in the West Region in contribution to the achievement of the goals and objectives of the Residential & Retail Support Subdivision, Sales Division, and Company.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS (KEY RESPONSIBILITIES):
- GOALS & OBJECTIVES:
- Collaborate with the Residential & Retail Support Director to identify, develop, and implement strategic plans for the achievement of individual and regional brand goals and objectives
- Ensure internal cross-collaboration and utilization of Company resources to achieve shared objectives
- Lead the achievement of Residential brand goals and objectives through effective processes, critical thinking, problem solving, and strategy implementation, in furtherance of the goals and objectives of the Sales Division and the Company
- Ensure data-driven post-analysis of achievements and opportunities for growth using KPIs/BI tools
- RESIDENTIAL & RETAIL SUPPORT RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and utilize market expertise to lead the planning and execution of strategic and tactical plans for driving Residential brand growth and development
- Develop and execute strategic plans for key and high-value customers, driving revenue growth and long-term relationship opportunities
- Lead the customer nurturing and brand acceptance efforts for large-scale or complex projects, coordinating cross-functionally to ensure successful delivery and customer satisfaction
- Identify, strategize, and overcome regulatory, logistical, or technical hurdles that impact sales opportunities, proactively developing compliant and innovative solutions
- Analyze market trends and competitive dynamics to identify new growth opportunities and inform brand and sales strategies
- Collaborate with Marketing, Development, and regional Residential Sales personnel to build and execute creative go-to-market approaches and targeted market expansion initiatives
- Develop, manage, and maintain strong working relationships with key industry stakeholders, distributors, contractors, and other customers to strengthen market presence and Stego brand loyalty
- Track, forecast, and report on key market developments and emerging opportunities
- Actively and consistently utilize Stego’s CRM, project lead generation system, and other internal resources per Company policy to identify, develop, and maximize demand creation opportunities and relationships with target customers
- CUSTOMER SERVICE & INDUSTRY INVOLVEMENT:
- Serve as a regional brand ambassador, ensuring consistent positioning, messaging, and value communication across all customer touchpoints
- Represent Stego and the Residential brands at key regional and national trade shows and customer and industry events to expand brand visibility and influence
- Actively engage in relevant industry groups
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with customers and others in the industry
- COMPANY CULTURE & CORE VALUES:
- Build strong working relationships and collaborate with other Sales Division team members, and all Stego employees
- Establish the Residential & Retail Support Subdivision as a respected and collaborative Company resource
- Support and contribute to the culture and atmosphere of the Residential & Retail Support Subdivision, in alignment with Stego’s Core Values
REQUIRED SKILLS, TRAITS & COMPETENCIES:

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, COMPETENCIES:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience (required)
- 3+ years of sales experience (required)
- Demonstrated track record of meaningfully contributing to profitability and market share growth (required)
- Construction, manufacturing, homebuilder, crawl space, insulation, or technical experience (preferred)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs and Salesforce (strongly preferred)
PHYSICAL REQIREMENTS:
- Ability to communicate frequently on a daily basis by phone or video conference
- Ability to operate standard office equipment and keyboards and remain in a stationary position to work on a computer for prolonged periods
- Physical ability to travel to attend customer, team, company and industry meetings and events
WORK ENVIRONMENT:
- Work is performed in an office environment and on location with customers (which may include offices, warehouses/yards, and construction sites)
TRAVEL REQUIRED:
- Ability to travel to and attend team and Company meetings and events, including nights and overnight stays (approximately 10% of the time).
- Ability to travel to and attend customer meetings and events, including days, nights, and overnight stays (approximately 30% of the time).
- Ability to travel to and attend industry meetings, conferences, and events, including days, nights, and overnight stays (approximately 15% of the time).
