• Design and format print-based training materials, including QRGs, SOPs, job aids, workbooks, signage, and handouts. • Develop PowerPoint presentations for instructor-led training, leadership sessions, and field rollouts. • Carry out graphic design tasks from concept through final production. • Translate raw instructional content into clean, visually engaging layouts. • Be reliable, detail-oriented, and a collaborative team player. • Take creative direction and implement feedback efficiently. • Prioritize and work on multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines. • Take ownership and responsibility for assigned training design projects. • Work closely with Training Team and subject-matter experts across departments. • Develop and work with both internal and external content providers. • Ensure all materials meet brand and training design standards. • Ability to work varying shifts as needed to support business needs.
