Role Description
Servexo is seeking an experienced Proposal Manager with proven Government Contracting (GovCon) expertise. This role will lead the full federal proposal lifecycle — from pre-RFP preparation through final submission — ensuring compliance, quality, and on-time delivery.
- Lead end-to-end proposal development for federal solicitations (RFPs, RFQs, RFIs)
- Develop and manage compliance matrices and gap analysis templates
- Maintain and update the Past Performance Library
- Build and manage proposal schedules and internal deadlines
- Coordinate and facilitate structured Color Team Reviews (Pink, Red, Gold, etc.)
- Write, edit, and refine proposal content for clarity, compliance, and persuasiveness
- Conduct structured review cycles and incorporate leadership feedback
- Ensure all submissions meet FAR and solicitation compliance requirements
- Deliver final proposal drafts to leadership for review and approval
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience managing federal government proposals
- Strong knowledge of FAR and federal acquisition requirements
- Proven experience leading color team review processes
- Excellent writing, editing, and document management skills
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced GovCon environment
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and process-driven
