Role Description

Your objective will be to create an experience that makes Kinetic the go-to choice for mid-market and larger accounts when buying a Workers’ Comp insurance policy. This role will lead our product strategy and vision, and you will collaborate with the entire team at Kinetic on Vision, Strategy, and OKRs.

  • Manage a team of three Product Managers and a Lead Product Designer, with potential for expansion.
  • Fuse our software product with traditional insurance services such as claims oversight, handling, and loss control.
  • Build on the foundation of our Claims Navigator product for both internal and external users.
  • Work closely with our VP of Engineering and engineering teams to build a reliable, scalable product.
  • Drive product strategy with industry and customer data.
  • Explore other pain points inside the Workers’ Comp ecosystem for future development.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years as a Product Leader in a SaaS organization, ideally at a startup or growth stage business.
  • Part of the leadership team, regularly led the communication of the Product Vision and Strategy.
  • Experience working with engineering leaders to create empowering cultures for engineers.
  • Organized and focused a team to realize the full potential of a product.
  • Hired and managed a team of product managers and designers, leading their development.
  • Strong analytics background, using data for product prioritization decisions.

  • Wealth of insurance knowledge and understanding of customer pain points (Nice to Have).
