Job Description
Role Description
We’re looking for a performance-driven Paid Social Designer who knows how to build static ads that convert — not just look good. In this role, you’ll translate creative strategy into high-impact static ads built specifically for paid social environments. Your work will directly influence testing velocity, scaling performance, and revenue growth.
- Design and deliver 30–40 high-performing static ads per week across feed and vertical formats
- Translate creative briefs and testing roadmaps into conversion-focused visual systems
- Apply direct response principles (hook-first design, benefit stacking, visual hierarchy, CTA optimization)
- Rapidly iterate on winning creatives to extend lifecycle and reduce fatigue
- Adapt top-performing concepts into new angles, formats, and variations
- Collaborate closely with Creative Strategists, Media Buyers, and other Pods to align creative with performance data
- Maintain disciplined file organization and version control to support sprint velocity
Qualifications
- 3–4 years designing static ads for paid social in a DTC or performance marketing environment
- Proven experience producing high-volume creative within sprint workflows
- Strong understanding of Meta ad formats (feed, stories, vertical placements)
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
- Deep understanding of direct response design and psychological triggers
Requirements
- You think like a performance marketer, not just a designer
- You move fast and adapt faster when data shifts
- You care about conversion and ROAS more than visual awards
- You take ownership of outcomes, not just outputs
- You thrive in high-volume, sprint-based environments
- You collaborate cross-functionally and use performance insights to guide creative decisions
Benefits
- We believe in competing at a high level — and that includes how we approach pay.
- This is a remote-first role, open to candidates anywhere in the U.S.
- The expected base salary range for this position is $30,000- $35,000 (USD).
- Your offer will reflect your experience, skill set, and where you live — we calibrate pay to ensure fairness and alignment with local markets.
- Beyond base pay, team members may be eligible for performance bonuses, growth incentives, and benefits built to support their health, wellness, and professional goals.
Application Process
- Apply: Submit your resume + a brief note explaining why you’d crush it in this role.
- Screen: TA team reviews for skills and cultural alignment.
- Cultural + Behavioral: In this step, you will take a personality assessment to see how you will perform in the role, then review it on a call with a cultural specialist here.
- Interview: Conversations with the hiring manager and team.
- Final Round: Case study or work simulation (role-specific).
- Decision & Offer: We move fast — typically within 2–4 weeks.
