Our Professional Services organization is expanding, and we are looking for an experienced Technical Consultant to join our growing team. As a Technical Consultant at monday.com, you'll play a vital role in ensuring client success by providing deep technical expertise for our largest and most technical implementations projects. You'll partner with other Services team members such as Solution Architects and Implementation Consultants to deliver strategic projects by integrating monday.com into enterprise environments and building custom user experiences. You'll also collaborate closely with our Builders (Product and R&D) to make the most of the latest features to guarantee continuous innovation.
- 3+ years of experience in B2B SaaS as a technical consultant, professional services engineer, preferably in highly-integrated, enterprise environments.
- Expert knowledge of APIs (RESTful, GraphQL), web standards (HTTP, HTML/CSS), identity management (SCIM), and authentication protocols (SAML 2.0/OAuth 2.0) with prior software development experience being highly preferred.
- Experience with Generative AI and Agentic AI tools including exposure to LLMs, MCPs and AI-assisted editors such as Cursor.
- Experience executing and delivering on Statements of Work for data migrations, integrations, and custom application development.
- Hands-on experience with integration platforms such as Make.com, n8n, Zapier, Workato, Power Automate, or other iPaaS solutions.
- Strong customer-facing and communication skills with the ability to establish deep technical credibility with client stakeholders.
- Ability to clearly articulate technical topics to a non-technical audience with exceptional technical documentation skills.
- Detail-oriented with some project management experience, and the ability to multitask on simultaneous projects.
- Positive attitude, empathy, and high energy with the ability to take initiative and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- BA or BS degree preferred.
