Role Description

The Customer Success Manager will play a vital role in ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service and support from the initial consultation through to project completion and beyond.

  • Establish strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored support to ensure satisfaction throughout their projects.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including sales and project management, to align customer expectations with project delivery.
  • Monitor customer feedback and project outcomes, identifying opportunities for improvement and proactive solutions.
  • Conduct regular check-ins and follow-up communications with clients to ensure ongoing satisfaction post-project completion.
  • Develop and implement strategies to promote customer loyalty and retention.
  • Provide training and resources to clients about our products and services, enhancing their experience and engagement.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in customer success, customer service, or a related role, preferably within the construction or service industry.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer advocacy.
  • Problem-solving skills to effectively address customer inquiries and concerns.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple client engagements.
  • Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) software and Microsoft Office Suite.
