Role Description

This role exists to strengthen the working capital function and support the Group’s continued growth.

• Oversee core working capital processes across Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Cash Management, and Banking
• Ensure accuracy, control, and efficiency in financial operations
• Lead the month-end close across Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and Cash Management
• Maintain banking relationships and support account maintenance and mandates
• Complete regular reviews of bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies
• Ensure supplier payments are processed efficiently and on time
• Uphold strong financial controls by ensuring compliance with internal policies, audit requirements, and reporting deadlines
• Review reconciliations, journals, and documentation for accuracy
• Drive improvements by recommending and implementing process enhancements, including automation opportunities
• Provide day-to-day leadership, coaching, and support to a team of five

Qualifications

• Experience in finance or accounting roles
• Strong understanding of working capital processes
• Ability to lead and manage a team
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Experience in a fast-paced, growing environment
