Job Description
• Help tell the Sourcegraph story and scale the go-to-market for critical AI infrastructure.
• Report to the Head of Marketing; collaborate with go-to-market and technical teams for thought leadership.
• Direct product marketing initiatives, including messaging frameworks and product launches.
• Partner closely with Demand Generation and DevRel on high-impact campaigns.
• Measure activities' impact on revenue and shape GTM strategy.
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of work experience in product marketing, developer marketing, product management, or related technical marketing roles in a B2B enterprise setting.
- Strong familiarity with developer tools and modern developer workflows, with a deep interest in AI-driven software development.
- Proven ownership of end-to-end technical product launches, spanning positioning, field enablement, and launch execution.
- Demonstrated ability to partner closely with technical teams to define what sets Sourcegraph apart and translate that differentiation into clear, credible, and memorable stories across channels.
- Experience supporting enterprise sales motions and navigating complex buying cycles.
- Strong sales enablement muscle, building and maintaining high-impact collateral and assets that scale and move enterprise deals forward.
- Experience delivering integrated campaigns in partnership with Demand Generation, Field Marketing, and DevRel across webinars, videos, web content, and events.
- Customer-first mindset, translating real customer feedback into messaging, positioning, and product direction.
- Strong technical aptitude, with a deep understanding of how modern software is built, shipped, and adopted.
- Bias toward action, moving quickly and putting bold ideas into motion.
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
