Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, Healthcare Administration, or related business discipline
- MBA or CPA preferred
- Extensive knowledge of financial and general accounting principles
- Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking skills
- Proficient in advanced Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and financial modeling/reporting software
- Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills
