Job Description
Role Description
We are seeking a highly hands‑on Head of Product who can execute quickly, collaborate deeply with engineering, and support Luro Health in launching its first suite of products for patients and providers on our team. In this role, you will quickly integrate and launch products, day‑to‑day product discovery, requirements, delivery, and iteration across our patient and provider experiences.
- Drive execution while contributing to product strategy
- Work closely with engineering, design, clinical leaders, and operations
- Lead with a technology-focused approach to opportunities in the telehealth space
- Roll up your sleeves, build 0→1, and own the first versions of products
- Turn complex healthcare workflows into intuitive digital experiences

Qualifications
- 4–6+ years of product management experience in healthcare and telehealth
- Demonstrated ability to work hands-on in early-stage environments
- Strong partnership skills with engineering; comfortable working as a team of one
- Ability to balance patient experience, clinical safety, and business needs
- Experience with iterative development, quick releases, and feedback-driven improvements
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to simplify complexity
- Knowledge of HIPAA and healthcare regulatory considerations is a plus
- Entrepreneurial, adaptable, and motivated by building in a fast-moving environment
Compensation & Benefits
- Compensation: Competitive salary ($130,000 – $175,000), commensurate with experience
- Equity: Stock option grants for long-term shared success
- Benefits: Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage; wellness and professional development stipends
- Work Environment: Remote-first, with occasional travel to headquarters
