Role Description

This role will focus on:

• Working closely with the sales team and channel partners to provide engineering support for chemical feed solutions.
• Reviewing project specifications, selecting the appropriate solution, and preparing accurate scopes and/or quotations.
• Ensuring the successful delivery of customized solutions for customers.
• Participating in daily interactions with colleagues, W&WWT sales team, channel partners, EPCs, and contractors.
• Analyzing and reviewing project specifications and customer requirements to ensure alignment with product offerings.
• Working with necessary people to ensure complete and accurate project delivery.
• Utilizing engineering knowledge and tools to select the right pump solutions based on application needs and project specifications.
• Preparing accurate and competitive quotes for customers, ensuring all technical and cost considerations are included.
• Engaging with customers and channel partners to clarify technical requirements and provide expert advice on system design and product selection.
• Collaborating with internal teams, including sales, manufacturing, and product development, to ensure seamless project execution.
• Identifying and resolving engineering challenges that arise during the project lifecycle.
• Maintaining accurate project records, including design specifications, project progress, submittals, and communication with customers through CRM.
• Delivering internal and external training including Brown Bag presentations for EPCs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 3+ years related product and W&WWT experience.
• Hands-on experience troubleshooting peristaltic pump/chemical feed & control equipment is preferred.
• Flexible and adaptable to a fast-paced environment.
• Proven ability to resolve problems independently and take appropriate action in a timely manner.
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Windows applications and Microsoft Office programs such as Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Teams.
• Functional knowledge of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Customer Relation Management (CRM) software.
• Microsoft Dynamics AX and Dynamics 365 experience are a plus.
• Quickly learns and achieves proficiency in new software applications as needed.
• Can-do attitude and passion to provide customer focus.

Requirements

• This position offers a salary range of (USD 79,237.00 - 118,856.00 per year).
• Final salary offers are determined by multiple factors, including education, experience, internal equity, geographic location, and the candidate’s expertise.
• For roles based outside Massachusetts, the applicable salary range may be lower.
