Job Description
Role Description
This role involves providing counseling services to children, adolescents, and families through telehealth.
- Conduct individual and parent therapy sessions via telehealth
- Provide family therapy for parents of children ages 3+ with verbal communication skills
- Provide individual one-on-one therapy with children ages 5+, pending clinical evaluation
- Perform initial assessments, behavioral observations, and both short- and long-term interventions
- Develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide psychoeducation to clients and families
- Collaborate with internal team members and other disciplines to ensure coordinated, comprehensive care
- Maintain targeted caseload hours of 25 billable therapy hours per week
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in counseling or social work from a CACREP/CSWE accredited university
- LCPC or LCSW licensure in the state of Illinois
- Prior experience working with children and families

- Passionate about supporting children, teens, and families through emotional, social, and behavioral challenges
- Comfortable working autonomously, providing counseling services via telehealth
- Ability to adapt communication style to each child’s developmental level
- Strong clinical judgment and ability to tailor interventions to each child’s unique needs
- Committed to ongoing learning, clinical excellence, and contributing to a positive, family-centered therapy experience
- Available to work Tuesday - Saturday, based on client scheduling needs
