Job Description
Role Description
This role involves advanced customization and extension of the platform, workflow and process automation, integration with external systems and APIs, performance tuning, and utilization of advanced modules or extensions.
- Monitors performance, resolves problems, and manages component capacity issues
- Design, test, develop, configure, and maintain integrations to platform’s applications
- Adhere to the platform’s security and coding standards for resilience, data, and security
- Review business requirements to deploy the best solution, including configuring, coding, and debugging
- Work closely with cross-functional departments to communicate statuses and technical proposals
- Deploy and configure platform applications tailored to company needs
- Design technical solutions, configure/customize, test, and maintain the platform applications to meet company requirements
- Performs other duties as required
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or other related field
- Two or more years of experience in release practices and environments or other related experience
- Or an equivalent combination of education and experience
