Imagine360 is currently seeking a Pricing Specialist to join our team! This position is responsible for maintaining new and current provider and PPO information as well as ensuring the accuracy of repricing.

Position Location: 100% remote

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Maintains appropriate turnaround times.
• Provides timely and professional communication with outside vendors.
• Validate and Maintain Provider Information.
• Work returned 1099s
• Proactively identifies the need to contact provider or PPO for additional or missing information as necessary.
• Researches repricing appeals from PPOs and providers.
• Reprices claims accurately and timely.
• Provides timely and thorough follow-up with internal and external customers.
• Recognizes and alerts appropriate leadership of trends or other anomalies and participates in the solutions.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.
• Completes HIPAA training annually.

Required Experience / Education:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of one year of related experience.
• Work in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in health insurance claims administration or related field preferred

Skills and Abilities:

• Working knowledge of computers and software including but not limited to Microsoft Office products.
• Demonstrated organizational, problem solving, and analytical skills as well as detail oriented.
• Strong written, telephonic, and oral communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to work independently, prioritize workloads, multi-task and manage priorities to meet deadlines.
