As Internal Communications Manager, you will help shape how information moves across the company, ensuring employees receive clear, timely, and consistent communications through the right channels. You will play a central role in managing our internal editorial calendar, aligning messaging across teams, and advancing best-in-class corporate communications practices.

You will partner closely with leaders and cross-functional stakeholders to bring structure, clarity, and discipline to how we plan, publish, and measure internal communications. From Quarterly All Hands to monthly newsletters and day-to-day updates, you will help elevate every employee touchpoint to drive alignment, transparency, and engagement.

This full-time role reports to the Director, Internal Communications and is based in the US, with the option for in-person or remote work.

What You’ll Do:

  • Own and manage the internal communications editorial calendar, ensuring alignment across teams, clear prioritization, and consistent messaging across all employee channels
  • Oversee and optimize internal communications platforms, advising stakeholders on the right channel, timing, and format to reach their intended audiences
  • Uplevel our communications systems and standards across employee touchpoints, from employee newsletters to live All Hands to digital signage and beyond, ensuring a cohesive and high-quality employee experience
  • Partner with cross-functional teams including HR, Finance, and IT to plan and deliver clear, coordinated messaging for key initiatives
  • Support strategic communications for company-wide moments such as major announcements, marketing campaigns, and business updates, ensuring messages are sequenced and delivered thoughtfully
  • Establish and reinforce best practices for internal communications, including audience segmentation, channel governance, content standards, strategic applications of AI, and feedback loops
  • Apply measurement and analytics to evaluate performance across channels, using insights to refine the editorial strategy and improve engagement

Preferred Experience:

  • BA or equivalent relevant background in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, or a related field.
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in internal or corporate communications, ideally within high-growth or global technology organizations
  • Proven experience managing internal communications platforms and editorial calendars, with a track record of building scalable processes that improve clarity and alignment
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex business updates into clear, compelling messaging tailored to diverse employee audiences
  • Strong prioritization and project management skills
  • A curious and analytical mindset, with experience using engagement data, audience segmentation, employee feedback, and performance metrics to refine strategy
  • A working understanding of internal communications best practices, including channel governance, change communications frameworks, and feedback mechanisms
  • Experience advising senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders, providing strategic guidance on messaging, timing, and channel selection
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment, bringing structure and focus while staying adaptive to change

Why You’ll Love this Role

  • Opportunity to help build and scale a best-in-class internal communications program, strengthening the systems, platforms, and processes that connect a growing global workforce
  • A high-impact role where your work directly shapes employee experience, organizational clarity, and alignment during key company moments
  • A collaborative, fast-paced, AI-first culture that values thoughtful communication, operational excellence, and continuous improvement
