Role Description
As a Junior Full Stack Developer, you will help design and build modern web applications that support our legal and insurance technology platforms. In this role, you will primarily focus on front-end development, working with JavaScript, React, CSS, and Material UI to create intuitive and responsive user experiences for our client-facing systems.
- Gain exposure to the full stack, collaborating with the engineering team to support backend services and business logic using technologies such as Python, Django, and PostgreSQL.
- Contribute directly to applications that power critical business operations, including systems that support financial and accounting workflows.
- Work in an agile development environment, partnering with experienced engineers to write quality code, solve technical challenges, and continuously improve the systems that support our growing business.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in CS, MIS, or equivalent.
- Experience building web applications.
- Experience building solutions for customer-facing applications.
- Demonstrated experience building modern web applications using microservices.
- Well-honed skills and knowledge of both agile development and the OKR framework.
- Familiarity with modern web development tools and frameworks.
Requirements
- Experience in React, Material UI, SASS, Django, Postgres, and AWS would be a plus.
- Strong work ethic and can-do attitude.
