Job Description

Company:Driven Brands

The Automotive Training Institute (ATI), the largest coaching and training company for Owners of Independent Repair Shops in the US and Canada. With over 1700 shops actively engaged in our program, we provide coaching, training and the largest buying program in the automotive aftermarket for Independent Shop Owners.  Our members have cumulatively increased their Gross Profits by almost $3.0 Billion dollars through the ATI program.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

At ATI (Automotive Training Institute), we don’t just train shop owners—we transform them. With a proven track record of helping over 15,000 auto repair and collision shops across the U.S., Canada, and beyond, ATI is the premier coaching and consulting partner for those who are serious about building a better business and a better life.

Collectively, ATI members have gained more than $3.9 billion in gross profit dollars, but our impact goes far beyond the bottom line. We help shop owners evolve into CEOs and strategic leaders, providing the tools, training, and mindset shift necessary to lead with clarity instead of constantly putting out fires.
