- 7+ years of relevant experience
- 8-10+ years of construction project management experience preferred
- Strong project management experience in developing project plans
- Expertise in Microsoft Office Tools (Excel, Word, Project, PowerPoint, Visio)
- Project Management Professional (PMP) preferred
- Certified Construction Manager (CCM) preferred
