Job Description

• Direct and manage all sales, marketing, and business development operations, including market competitiveness, pricing, compensation, and distribution strategy. • Drive the Company’s achievement of its growth and profitability goals. • Oversee the development of the sales organization for assigned product line or region. • Drive the development and execution of sales and marketing strategies. • Hire, train, manage, and develop the sales force and supporting administrative staff. • Benchmark pricing data and develop pricing policies, including volume discounts and terms and conditions. • Maintain key customer relationships and develop and implement strategies for expanding the company’s customer base. • Manage overall sales process and set appropriate metrics for sales management.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related area of study.
  • At least seven years sales and marketing experience in the industry.
  • Ability to plan and manage at both the strategic and operational levels.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and staff to create a results driven, team oriented environment.
  • Established contacts and relationships within comparable industries.
  • Outstanding consultative selling abilities and excellent interpersonal skills with executive level customers and partners.
