The Associate Project Manager will lead customer implementation projects from kickoff through final delivery, ensuring all outcomes meet scope, timeline, quality, and budget expectations. This involves planning and tracking project timelines, mitigating risks, and managing project communications across all Vocera product lines.

The Project Manager will lead client training implementations from kickoff to go-live, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and with high client satisfaction by owning planning, resource coordination, and risk mitigation. Responsibilities also include collaborating with cross-functional teams, guiding project teams, and actively engaging with clients to understand needs and optimize solutions.

This role involves leading the evaluation, selection, and implementation of new technology platforms, providing hands-on project oversight and technical support throughout the project lifecycle.
