• Assist the RCX Sports Events department with all aspects of event field operations, including equipment coordination and shipping, producing and distributing travel coordination plans and event itineraries, and preparing event materials • Collaborate with the RCX Sports Events management team to coordinate 1099 event staff, interns, and volunteers for all RCX Sports events • Support Events management with on-site station setup and oversight • Serve as a primary stakeholder in the Events inventory process to ensure each event is properly equipped to deliver an elite experience for RCX Sports Events attendees • Assist with events email inbox management, including outbound event promotion, registration communications, and RCX Sports Events customer support • Prepare and analyze data for RCX Sports event properties and provide finalized reports to RCX Sports management and executive teams • Coordinate with facilities and vendors as needed to support event execution (including securing rentals, coordinating with facilities, and supporting event schedule creation) • Support collaboration with external partners (including NFL clubs and other stakeholders) to ensure event logistics and communication stay on track • Assist with the conceptualization of event integrations and collaborate with internal partners to execute key initiatives • Routinely move event materials and equipment weighing approximately 50 pounds • Provide support for additional responsibilities and special projects related to advancing RCX Sports Events properties, as assigned
