Job Description

• Input, audit, and process U.S. payroll for multiple subsidiaries with varying levels of complexity • Support payroll implementation of new acquisitions • Resolve payroll inquiries from stakeholders and serve as the primary escalation point • Collaborate with HR, Operations, and Finance for payroll transitions and data migrations • Participate in year-end close activities, audits, and remittance to U.S. state authorities • Ensure compliance with U.S. federal and state payroll regulations • Contribute to process improvements and identify best practices • Prepare and distribute payroll reports for management and finance teams • Lead and participate in special projects and ad-hoc initiatives

Job Requirements

Minimum 3 years of U.S. payroll experience
Strong knowledge of payroll tax, state and federal labor laws
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
Strong customer service orientation
Experience with multiple payroll platforms and tools
Excellent communication and analytical abilities
Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment
Experience with international payroll is an asset
