• Design, develop, document, test, debug, and support new and existing software systems and/or applications built on the ServiceNow cloud-based workflow automation PaaS. • Implementation of out-of-the-box SaaS ServiceNow offerings such as ITOM, ITFM, ITAM, ITBM/SPM, Virtual Agents, AI, as well as ServiceNow Mobile applications. • Accountable for complying with all laws and regulations associated with duties and responsibilities. • Participate in full Agile software development life cycle including requirements analysis and design as performed in SAFe and Scrum. • Support, maintain, and document software functionality. • Identify and evaluate new technologies and new ServiceNow modules for implementation. • Analyze code to find causes of errors and revise programs as needed.
