Role Description
Accelsius is seeking a Development Manager to lead cross-functional engineering programs for our direct-to-chip two-phase cooling systems. This role owns system-level architecture, controls integration, and execution of complex electro-mechanical platforms including CDUs, manifolds, embedded controls, and supporting mechanical assemblies.
- Lead system architecture and integration of 2-phase cooling platforms.
- Translate product requirements into subsystem specifications across mechanical, electrical, firmware, and thermal teams.
- Oversee controls strategy including sensors, pumps, flow/pressure control, safety interlocks, and diagnostics.
- Drive cross-functional development from concept through validation and production release.
- Lead design reviews, risk management (FMEA), and structured development processes.
- Manage schedules, technical risks, and vendor coordination.
- Ensure system reliability, safety compliance, and manufacturability.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Computer, or Systems Engineering.
- 8+ years of engineering experience with 3+ years leading cross-functional hardware development.
- Experience with complex electro-mechanical systems and integrated controls.
- Strong understanding of electronics and embedded control architectures.
- Demonstrated success bringing hardware products to production.

- Background in industrial controls, embedded systems, or data center infrastructure.
- Knowledge of pumps and pump control systems (VFDs).
- Familiarity with structured product development methodologies.
