Role Description
We are seeking a creative and enthusiastic Associate Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team. This is an excellent opportunity for a designer who is eager to grow their skills and contribute to a variety of exciting projects. The ideal candidate has a keen eye for detail and a passion for creating compelling visual content. You will work closely with our Head of Brand and Design, marketing team, and agency partners to produce high-quality work that aligns with our brand identity.
- Support Head of Brand and Design in the conceptualization and execution of design projects supporting master brand and individual product line brands.
- Create engaging visual assets for digital and print, including social media graphics, website banners, email templates, presentations, event graphics, and printed marketing materials.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design consistency and meet project objectives.
- Adhere to and help maintain brand guidelines across all creative output to ensure a cohesive brand experience.
- Prepare design files for print production and digital deployment.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute fresh ideas to creative campaigns.
Qualifications
- 2-4 years of professional design experience.
- A strong portfolio showcasing a range of creative projects and a solid understanding of design principles, including typography, color theory, and layout.
- Proficiency in design software, particularly Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat, and Express); Figma.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, including PowerPoint and Word.
- Familiarity/experience with simple video editing and animation is a plus.
- Basic understanding of web coding and/or web CMS (i.e. HubSpot) is a plus.
- Familiarity with digital and print design processes.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Ability to generate original ideas and translate them into effective designs.
- A collaborative spirit with the ability to work effectively within a team and receive constructive feedback.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to articulate design concepts.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
