Job Description
Changing Healthcare For Good
At Angle Health, we believe the healthcare system should be accessible, transparent, and easy to navigate. As an AI-native, integrated healthcare company, we are replacing legacy systems with modern infrastructure to deliver members and patients the care they need when they need it. If you want to build the future of healthcare, we'd love for you to join us.
The Partner Products & Networks Lead will own the strategy, contracting, implementation, and performance management of Angle Health’s provider network and care pathway partnerships. This role sits at the intersection of commercial strategy and operational execution—responsible for sourcing and structuring high-impact partnerships and ensuring they are implemented cleanly within TPA and claims operations.
What You’ll Own
Network Strategy & Expansion
Identify and evaluate new provider network opportunities (national, regional, and direct-contract models).
Develop differentiated network configurations to support broker distribution.
Ensure network economics align with underwriting and pricing strategy.
Support geographic expansion with scalable network infrastructure.
Care Pathway Partnerships
Build partnerships with centers of excellence, specialty providers, and high-impact clinical programs.
Structure bundled pricing or value-based agreements where appropriate.
Integrate care pathways into clinical and claims workflows in partnership with Advocacy and TPA leadership.
Ensure pathways are operationally executable, measurable, and scalable.
Contracting & Negotiation
Lead negotiations with provider groups, networks, and specialty partners.
Establish performance-based terms, SLAs, data-sharing requirements, and governance.
Align contracts with stop-loss, reimbursement, and regulatory requirements.
Coordinate with Legal and Finance through contract execution.
Implementation & Operational Readiness
Partner closely with TPA leadership to ensure clean integration into eligibility, claims, prior authorization, and billing systems.
Establish implementation timelines, go-live criteria, and escalation paths.
Monitor performance post-launch and drive operational optimization.
Ongoing Performance Oversight
Define and track KPIs for cost, access, utilization, and member experience.
Conduct regular partner performance reviews and identify improvement opportunities.
Resolve operational friction points that impact claims accuracy, member experience, or broker confidence.
Continuously refine network and pathway strategy based on performance data.
What Success Looks Like
New high-impact network and care pathway partnerships launched on time and on budget.
Measurable cost savings from episode redirection and specialty optimization.
Reduced out-of-network leakage and improved claims predictability.
Strong cross-functional alignment across Commercial, Underwriting, Advocacy, and TPA Operations.
Differentiated network offerings that improve sales competitiveness.
What You Bring
7–10+ years of experience in provider networks, care delivery partnerships, or TPA/health plan operations.
Direct experience negotiating and contracting provider or network agreements.
Strong understanding of claims administration, stop-loss structures, and reimbursement models.
Experience working within or alongside a TPA, carrier, MGU, or self-funded plan environment.
Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives from strategy through execution.
Nice to Have
Experience with specialty pharmacy or high-cost episode management.
Exposure to value-based contracting models.
Experience supporting broker-distributed health plans.
Familiarity with level-funded or self-funded plan design.
