• Drive enterprise-wide savings opportunity identification and communicates to leaders across Spend Management. • Maintain the analytics pipeline of initiatives for each functional domain. • Serve as the lead for complex projects and initiatives across multiple domains. • Establish analytical focus through planning and evidence-based recommendations. • Collaborate with key clinical leaders on data needs and initiatives. • Identify key opportunities for better utilization management, contract compliance, and standardization. • Lead discovery sessions to establish long term best practice, processes, and procedures. • Present strategic initiatives and their findings to key leaders in Spend Management, Finance, and Clinical. • Support change management and training on new processes, new tools and new solutions. • Mentor data analysts and assist with removing roadblocks or initiating escalations to leader(s). • Lead ERP report writer. • Lead on the development of self-service tools with Business Intelligence. • Must be able to perform the professional, clinical and or technical competencies of the assigned unit or department.
