We’re growing fast – across continents and disciplines – and we’re looking for passionate individuals who want to make a difference: for our clients, our teams, and the world around us.

About the role

The Account Coordinator (Enterprise/B2B) supports the day-to-day operations of a high-expectation, media-led B2B technology account. Working closely with the Account Manager, this role focuses on client services, project coordination, and internal workflow management — ensuring campaigns move efficiently through the agency and deliver against client timelines and objectives.

This position is ideal for someone early in their agency career who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn how best-in-class B2B accounts are managed. The Account Coordinator plays a critical role in keeping work on track across fast-moving teams and under tight service-level agreements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Account Manager in executing day-to-day account activities across a high-volume B2B paid media programme
  • Coordinate timelines, deliverables, and workflows across internal teams (paid media, creative, analytics, operations)
  • Maintain project trackers, status documents, and internal reporting to ensure visibility and accountability
  • Assist with briefing internal teams to ensure objectives, deliverables, and timelines are clear
  • Support budget tracking, invoicing processes, and vendor coordination under the direction of account leadership

  • Prepare client-facing materials, including agendas, meeting notes, status updates, and presentations
  • Attend internal and client meetings as appropriate; capture notes, actions, and follow-ups
  • Respond to routine client requests and questions, escalating to senior team members when appropriate
  • Build and maintain a strong understanding of the client’s business, industry, and marketing objectives
Client-First Mindset
You are service-oriented and take pride in supporting strong client relationships. You understand the importance of responsiveness, professionalism, and follow-through, and you help ensure the account team delivers a consistent, high-quality client experience.

Strong Organization & Attention to Detail

You thrive on structure, tracking, and process. From meeting notes to timelines to status updates, you keep the details straight so others can focus on strategy and execution.

Clear Communicator
You are comfortable communicating with internal teams and supporting client communications under the guidance of senior account leads. You listen carefully, ask thoughtful questions, and clearly document next steps.

Calm Under Pressure
You work effectively in a fast-paced environment with evolving priorities. You remain composed, adaptable, and solution-oriented when timelines shift or new requests arise.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 1–2 years of experience in an agency, marketing, advertising, or client services role (internships included)
  • Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
  • Proficiency with common productivity tools (Google Workspace, PowerPoint, Excel, project management platforms)
  • Interest in B2B marketing and paid media, with a desire to grow into an Account Manager role
