🌎 Descripción general

Empresa internacional del sector tecnológico e inmobiliario busca un(a) Sales Development Representative (SDR) para liderar la prospección y calificación de leads en la región de Estados Unidos, asegurando la conversión de oportunidades de negocio de alta calidad.

🎯 Responsabilidades principales

Prospectar activamente nuevos clientes mediante llamadas, correos y estrategias digitales.

Calificar los leads generados por marketing (MQLs) y convertirlos en oportunidades comerciales (SQLs).

Mantener actualizado el CRM con información precisa de cada contacto.

Programar reuniones y demostraciones para los Sales Managers.

Dar seguimiento a los leads hasta lograr su conversión.

Proveer retroalimentación al equipo de marketing para mejorar la generación y calidad de los leads.

    💼 Requisitos

    Experiencia mínima de 2 años en ventas B2B, generación de leads o SDR.

    Manejo avanzado de CRM (Hubspot, Salesforce, etc.).

    Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y negociación.

    Idiomas: Español e Inglés (nivel C1/C2 obligatorio).

    Residir en cualquier país de América (Latinoamérica o Norteamérica).

    Preferiblemente con visa vigente para ingreso a Estados Unidos.

    Disponibilidad para trabajar de forma 100% remota y bajo resultados.

      💰 Condiciones

      Rango salarial: 15 000 – 18 000 EUROS anuales.

      Comisiones: 5 – 7 % según desempeño.
