Job Description

• Support the development of strategic recruitment programs and other deliverables • Own workstreams and deliverables from inception through completion • Support budget tracking and help ensure that recruitment campaigns are executed within the allocated budget • Anticipate client needs for projects they own and proactively manage relationships • Support the team to ensure high-quality service and execution • Ensure recruitment strategies address the need for diversity and inclusion in clinical trials, targeting underrepresented patient populations • Utilize data-driven insights to optimize recruitment efforts and track performance • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to patient recruitment • Monitor and evaluate project performance, identifying areas for improvement • Nurture client relationships and identify growth opportunities • Maintain adherence to corporate policies, time tracking, and regulatory requirements

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 2-3 years of life science/healthcare communications experience, preferably in an agency setting, which includes at least one year leading multiple centralized patient recruitment programs
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Interest in client services and project management
  • Ability to learn quickly and manage multiple deliverables
  • Working knowledge of multiple marketing disciplines (e.g., digital marketing, direct-to-patient marketing, customer acquisition/lead generation marketing, B2B marketing)
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills
  • A passion for creativity and a thirst for knowledge
  • An empathetic approach and experience in working effectively in a team
