Role Description
We are a growing property management company seeking an entry-level Systems Migration & Support Specialist to support our RealPage, Entrata and/or Yardi property management systems. The ideal candidate will be responsible for:
- Responding to support tickets and resolving system issues in a timely manner
- Assisting with property management system migration during property onboarding
- Distributing and supporting the ongoing use of property management systems
- Collaborating with team members to improve processes and optimize system functionality
- Maintaining system documentation and training materials
- Delivering systems training
- Identifying and escalating system issues to the appropriate team members
- Providing excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems or related field
- Familiarity with property management systems such as RealPage, Entrata and/or Yardi is preferred
- Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Process optimization focus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

Compensation
Asset Living is required by law to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. This compensation range is specific to the remote nature of this position and includes the range of factors considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; certifications; etc. A reasonable estimate of the range is $55,000-$65,000.00.
