• Architect and design Oracle EPM Planning and Essbase solutions tailored to meet business requirements and financial/operational planning processes. • Lead the implementation of EPM Planning and Essbase solutions, including installation, configuration, customization, and integration with other systems. • Develop and maintain Essbase cubes, calculation scripts, business rules, and Essbase databases to support budgeting, forecasting, and reporting needs. • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, define solution architecture, and provide technical guidance throughout the project lifecycle. • Optimize performance and scalability of EPM Planning and Essbase applications through performance tuning, capacity planning, and infrastructure optimization. • Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for Planning and Essbase applications, including issue resolution, system enhancements, and user training. • Stay current with Oracle EPM Planning and Essbase product updates, patches, and best practices, and make recommendations for continuous improvement. • Participate in presales activities, as needed, to develop client solutions and presentations, and to demonstrate, present, and explain Argano’s offerings to prospective clients. • Perform technical evaluations of current EPM solutions and offer guidance. • Mentor junior team members and share expertise in Planning and Essbase technologies.
