WHAT YOU'LL DO
As a client-facing Associate Account Manager for ATI, you’ll support the management of major accounts, identify upsell prospects, and conduct customer insight analysis. Additionally, you'll provide sales support across various territories within the Great Lakes region. This will cover IA, NE, SD, IL, KS, MO, TN, and OK. Up to 50% travel required.

This position offers flexibility of remote work in IA, NE, SD, IL, KS, MO, TN, and OK.
HOW YOU’LL SPEND YOUR TIME
- Aid Account Managers in identifying new business and upselling opportunities, address client challenges with ATI solutions
- Support Solutions Executives in outreach efforts to boost ATI awareness and generate leads, support account growth strategies through territory management, pipeline development, and cross-selling referrals
- Support Account Managers (AM) with pulling data to assist with business reviews
- Conduct live sales demos of ATI products and bundles
- Provide backup support for district vacancies to foster new prospects and manage accounts
- Collaborate with internal teams to strengthen go-to-market strategies, address client requirements, and provide outstanding client support
- Support account growth strategies, including territory management, pipeline opportunities, and deliver exceptional service
- Maintain CRM records, tracking prospect headcounts and category suitability, generating precise sales forecasts, and overseeing lead quality
- Ensure accurate capture of win/loss data for opportunities and client retention
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 1+ years of sales account management experience within industry
- Professional presence, business acumen
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong presentation skills
- Strong analytical abilities are essential for sales data interpretation and trend identification
- Proficient in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Up to 50% of travel expected
