Role Description
The Research Foundation for Mental Hygiene is seeking a detail-oriented Usability Tester to evaluate Center for Practice Innovation (CPI) e-learning modules across multiple browsers and systems. This position is fully remote and requires access to both a Mac and a PC. The role is hourly and assigned on an as-needed basis.
- Conduct usability testing of e-learning modules on both Mac and PC environments
- Test modules across multiple web browsers (e.g., Chrome, Firefox, Edge, Safari) to identify platform-specific issues
- Document usability issues clearly, including browser, system, and reproduction details
- Track and record seat time, learner progress, and course completion behavior within the LMS
- Test LMS and SCORM-based course functionality, including launch, saving, completion, and certificate behavior
- Complete assigned testing tasks within established timelines, including short-turnaround requests
- Maintain availability to accept short notice testing assignments and ensure reliable internet access for remote work
- Perform other related duties as needed

- Minimum (2) years of administrative or coordination experience, including documentation and task tracking

- Bachelor's degree in a related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience, including (1) year of experience testing e-learning modules, online training, or web-based applications
