Job Description
• Support one of our largest global strategic accounts, serving as the primary point of contact for day-to-day operations and ongoing client needs.
• Work closely with a cross-functional team to ensure seamless execution, proactive communication, and high-quality client service.
• Build strong working relationships across the customer’s organization, identify opportunities to improve processes and drive incremental growth.
• Partner internally to deliver effective, timely solutions and help optimize daily operations while supporting long-term account success.
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of Global Enterprise Account Management experience in the payments industry
- Strong communication skills (interpersonal, verbal, presentation, written, email) and track record of creating and executing strategic account plans
- Strong grasp of industry trends and competitive landscape
- Familiarity and first-hand knowledge in fintech, banking or payments
- Positive attitude, team player, adaptable, and resourceful
- Technical aptitude with demonstrated ability to understand and explain complex technical concepts in a straightforward manner
- Experience or familiarity with high-growth fintechs and financial services companies
- Card Issuing and Processing experience
