Job Description
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university required; advanced degree in Health Economics, Public Health, Public Policy, Business, or Analytics preferred.
- 5+ years in consulting or client-facing roles in healthcare, pharmacy services, or health system strategy, with a focus on regulatory and reimbursement issues.
- Proven ability to lead complex projects, develop assumptions, assess scenarios, and deliver results independently in changing environments.
- Demonstrated expertise in pharmacy and healthcare regulation, including 340B, Medicare, Medicaid, IRA, and related federal and state policy, with the ability to interpret evolving requirements and translate them into actionable business and client strategies.
- Proven experience advising senior health system leaders and executives, including regular presentation to C‑suite and Executive Leadership Teams, delivering clear, credible, and strategically grounded recommendations.
- Experience supporting, advising, or overseeing client 340B programs, including strategic design considerations, compliance risk assessment, optimization opportunities, and cross‑functional stakeholder alignment.
- Exceptional strategic, critical thinking, and judgment, with the ability to anticipate regulatory headwinds and tailwinds, assess downstream impacts, and proactively recommend mitigation or growth strategies.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to distill complex regulatory, analytical, and strategic concepts into clear, executive‑ready narratives.
- Willingness and ability to travel approximately monthly to support client engagements, leadership meetings, and strategic initiatives.
