Role Description
This is a remote sales role calling on Physicians in and around the Houston area.
- The Field Sales Representatives will call on relevant medical specialties to promote and educate on our portfolio of products: Wound Care, Senior Care, Urology, Dermatology, Podiatry, Internal Medicine, Infectious Disease among others.
- Assess client needs and present suitable diagnostic solutions.
- Successfully develop and manage a territory plan that has you at or above targeted goals. Actively engage with company training, sales tools, and management.
- Maintain effective and regular communication with all staff members in an office or healthcare facility.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business/marketing preferred, High School diploma required.
- 6+ months minimum of Diagnostics sales selling experience to providers.
- Strong long-term relationship-building skills.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to maintain a clean driving record in compliance with company and insurance standards.
- Reliable personal vehicle available for business use.
- Ability to travel frequently within the assigned territory, including occasional regional travel as needed.
- Required residence in territory geography where we are hiring.
- Willingness to undergo regular drug screenings as per customer/medical facility requirements.
Requirements
- The annual base pay for this position ranges from $80,000 to $100,000. Plus, Uncapped Quarterly Bonus.
- First Year on Target Earnings: $130,000-$150,000 (uncapped).
- Second Year on Target Earnings: $150,000 + (Uncapped).
- The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. In specific locations, the pay range may vary from the range posted.
