Job Description

• Identify, target, and qualify new prospects to build a strong revenue pipeline • Drive full cycle sales outreach, discovery, solution design, and closing • Introduce new media and marketing products to the marketplace • Stay current on healthcare and healthcare technology trends • Articulate the value of CHIME’s digital media, marketing, and research offerings • Collaborate cross-functionally within the Strategic Solutions team • Develop and execute an annual sales plan to meet and exceed revenue goals • Maintain accurate records, forecasting, and reporting in HubSpot CRM • Provide exceptional client service to ensure success and long-term partnerships • Work cross-functionally to ensure campaigns run on time and achieve stated goals

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 2+ years of digital media, B2B marketing solutions, content, lead gen, podcast, or research sales experience
  • A proven track record of hitting and exceeding sales quotas
  • Experience building and growing a strong book of business
  • Familiarity with healthcare or healthcare IT (preferred but not required)
  • Strong consultative selling skills and the ability to understand client objectives
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building abilities
  • Proficiency in MS Office and experience with HubSpot (preferred)
