• Develop and maintain complex financial models to support budgeting and forecasting • Analyze financial and operational performance, identify trends and risks, and proactively surface insights and recommendations that influence business decisions • Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and variance analyses, with a focus on why results differ and what actions to take next • Support strategic initiatives such as pricing analysis, provider capacity planning, and business cases • Partner closely with operational and clinical leaders to understand business drivers, translate performance into financial implications, and guide decision-making through scenario analysis and clear recommendations • Work with Accounting on expense management and cash flow planning, and with Human Resources to track and forecast workforce growth • Improve financial processes, tools, and reporting efficiency • Assist in selecting and implementing an FP&A tool • Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial and operational data • Maintain confidentiality of financial information and decisions
