Job Description
• Analyze paid social media performance across platforms with a focus on forecasting, efficiency, outcomes, and trends.
• Knowledgeable with in-platform reporting in order to produce performance reports for executive and cross-functional audiences.
• Develop and maintain standardized reporting, dashboards, and templates to ensure consistency and clarity in performance communication.
• Partner with internal teams and vendors to ensure accurate data collection, alignment on KPIs, and shared understanding of results.
• Create and manage a testing calendar including the development of testing frameworks, hypotheses, and outcomes with recommendations.
• Assist with budget pacing and performance monitoring by providing support and visibility into spend and results.
• Collaborate with Marketing Analytics and Marketing Technology teams regarding attribution, audience building and modeling.
• Work closely with the implementation team on executing strategies
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree with a focus on Business
- At least 3+ years of hands-on experience in managing paid social campaigns
- Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics (Meta, LinkedIn, Snapchat, Pinterest, TikTok, etc)
- Experience with Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
- Ability to organize, trend and analyze large datasets with ease and accuracy
- Advanced communication and writing skills.
- Demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment; working under pressure and prioritizing workload.
- Highly organized and capable of working independently.
- Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative ideas.
