Job Description

• Define solution architecture for Dynamics 365 CE implementations and enhancements • Design customer journey solutions across Sales, Service, Marketing, and Contact Center scenarios • Lead integration architecture with ERP, marketing platforms, contact centers, and third-party systems • Establish data model, security roles, and governance frameworks • Guide Power Platform usage including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI • Lead design workshops, architecture reviews, and technical decision making • Support presales activities including demos, estimates, and solution proposals • Ensure solutions align with Microsoft best practices and roadmap

Job Requirements

  • 8–10+ years of CRM experience with 5+ years on Dynamics 365 CE
  • Strong functional and technical knowledge across Sales, Customer Service, and Power Platform
  • Experience leading enterprise CRM implementations
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Experience using Azure DevOps (ADO)
  • Experience delivering projects via hybrid waterfall/agile methodologies including Scrum
  • Experience with Omnichannel, Contact Center, or AI-powered service solutions
  • Power Platform certifications (PL-200, PL-600)
  • Experience with Azure integration and Dataverse
